Flux ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Flux app and website, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

• ·Account information — your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
• ·Venue visits — venues you log, dates, sentiment ratings, notes, and vibe scores.
• ·Music and venue tags — tags you select when rating a venue.
• ·ELO comparisons — the outcomes of head-to-head comparisons you make between venues.
• ·Device information — device type and OS version for crash reporting and compatibility.

• ·To provide and operate the Flux service, including calculating and displaying your personal venue rankings.
• ·To aggregate anonymous data across users to show community-level venue statistics (e.g. common tags, average vibes).
• ·To improve the app based on usage patterns and crash data.
• ·To communicate with you about important updates to the service.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

• ·Google Sign-In — used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• ·Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• ·Vercel — website hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

• ·Access — you can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• ·Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
• ·Correction — you can update your account information at any time within the app.
• ·Portability — you can request an export of your venue rankings and visit history.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

Flux is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
