By downloading, accessing, or using the Flux app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Flux.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Flux. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Flux is a tool for tracking nightlife venues and is intended for adults only.

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ·You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• ·You may not share your account credentials with others.
• ·You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• ·You may use Flux only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• ·You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Flux.
• ·You may not use Flux to harass, defame, or harm others.
• ·You may not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent venue information.
• ·You may not use automated tools to interact with the service.

Any ratings, notes, tags, and other content you submit through Flux remain yours. By submitting content, you grant Flux a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use anonymized, aggregated versions of that content to improve the service and display community statistics.

The Flux name, logo, app design, and all associated branding are the exclusive property of Flux. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission. The app and website code are proprietary and all rights are reserved.

Flux is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of Flux is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time within the app. Upon termination, your right to use Flux ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Flux after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
